RV WF-8955-MBA 55 Amp Converter - wf-8955an Power Converter Assembly Replacement Unit for WF-8955 and Parallax 7155 Converter

Does the job charging my 280ah Li battery. Stock 8955spec took days to charge vs half a day now. Long term durability will be my only concern. Overall happy with the outcome.

Perfect replacement for the original converter. I needed it because I upgraded to lithium batteries. The instructions were clear to me and it only took about an hour to change out. Most of that time was spent making sure I had the wiring correct.

We replaced a 17 year old stock converter in our older Salem camper. I'm color blind and this was an easy install just the 5 wires. Everything is functioning correctly, and it is a lot quieter than the old unit. I'm not sure about the longevity of this, but I'll update this if anything changes.

Was in a pinch and ordered this and received it very fast. Super easy to install definitely works well for the camper. Thank you great price. Very quiet compared to the other one. Seems like a good quality built well and fits in the spot the old was so appears factory

First one I received did not work. Had 120v into board but did not have 13v out of converter. Luckily Amazon is easy to replace but did take 2 days more to get and now I have to make a trip to UPS to send first one back. New one worked once installed and solved my problem. Like others have said look at your wires as black and white are switched on this converter even though instructions show different. They are labeled correctly but white is live and black is neutral. Fairly easy to install other than making sure right wires went to right spot.
