Not what I ordered
I ordered a 1-year license but was disappointed to find it only valid for 6 months. This was not what I paid for, and the discrepancy feels misleading. While the product/service itself worked well, the licensing terms were not transparent. I would urge the company to improve its communication and ensure customers receive exactly what they purchase.
