Tasty but contains Xylotol
This is a good tasting sugar-free gum but it's packaged to mislead customers into thinking it's naturally sweetened with stevia. Alas it contains sugar alcohols including Xylotol which makes me poot and belch.

Love this healthy gum! It has a great taste. Flavor doesn’t last as long as other gum.

Spikes glucose!
Positive, first. Tastes great! BUT This will spike your glucose! Stevia (extract) is one of the last ingredients. There are three other gut aggravating sugar alcohols. Malitol, sorbitol and xylitol.

Inconsistent
The peppermint disintegrated after chewing a few minutes. The spearmint was good. The cinnamon was got hard after a few minutes.

Flavor doesn't last
The flavor of the gum lasts about 3-4 mins. Even with 2 pieces, the flavor is gone quickly and you are left with flavorless gum of no value. Will not buy again.
