These are very easy to swallow because they are gel capsules and pretty small compared to other brands. It is a strong dose, but not excessively strong, so only one per day with food is needed. The vitamin D is already dissolved in oil inside the gel capsules so that it can be absorbed more easily. They have the perfect amount of K2 and that is really important because the K2 is necessary to channel the calcium you absorb into your bones instead of letting it build up in your arteries. Extra calcium will build up in your arteries if it is not directed into your bones by vitamin K2. Don't take vitamin D without K2. I take these in the winter when I'm not getting enough vitamin D because low vitamin D levels cause me to feel tired and depressed. These help my mood and give me more energy. I also take these to increase my calcium absorption so that I can have strong bones. It is a high quality product that really works and it is a really good price. I highly recommend this brand!

This comes with K2 to help activate the D3. I take every second day in winter and once a week in summer as D3 remains if the body and not needed every day. I think is fat solvable so please take with food. Potentially so helpful for so many things.
