Finally, my search is over! I've reached that age when my eyebrows are just starting to thin and look less defined. This product makes my eyebrows look better than they have In years. The angled automatic pencil is exactly the right shape to create the perfect arch and taper and the fact that's it automatic means no more trying to sharpen pencils that always end up breaking inside the sharpener and having to smooth down a rough tip to avoid looking like you've applied your eyebrows with a Biro!The colour is truly universal and will lighten or darken depending on how much pressure is used. Then to top it all off you are supplied with a built in brush that grooms your brows perfectly, and, it stays put all day.!!!I ordered the first one cautiously and within a couple of days ordered a second so I will never be without this product again.Thank you New CID

This is a great eyebrow 'pencil' much softer and more subtle than a pencil and can build up the colour so it's not extreme. Not sure how I coped before without it until now. I've had it do a good few months and use daily so lasts well. No need for sharpening, it just slides up as needed and love having the brush wand which gets well used too. I may even buy another one now in case I can't get again. Highly recommended.The only downside is I managed to slightly crack the lid putting back on so it's a bit loose now so be gentle (that may have just been me being clumsy) but a great product all round

Tried to get this pencil for months in neutral but couldn't get it anywhere so was surprised when I saw this advertised. Ok but pencil bit harder than original. Unique slanted shape when first sold but can get similar now cheaper. Getting the colour correct for me is problem.( l can buy ten similar in all colours from China for same price now)

Really happy with delivery and presentation. Nice pencil.you can use it hard to get a darker look and softer to get lighter look my brows are naturally very light although I am mixed race and have dark brown hair.the pencil is soft yet firm.very universal in colour and worth the price as seen online it's the cheapest on the net.hope it lasts long this is my only anxiety as some eyepencil find is quickly.i use ybf universal taupe brow pencil which lasts me up to 6 months so hope it tops that.if it does I'll stick to it or use both products! Thanks!

the eyebrown pencil is broken and in small pieces, so when you rotate it to use it falls out. Very dissapointing considering its price. I ordered two so I hope the other one isn't the sameLynn

All the items I buy from amazon are good qualityAnd if once it was faulty they replace it regund very good responseI have been regular customer

I have never used any of the CID products before, this is my first one and I must say it does the job for me. I have tried before other eyebrow pencils, but I have never managed to obtain with them the natural look I was looking for. I have bought this one in brown and I am using it on my brown tinted eyebrows to define them (my natural colour is blonde). It is easy to use because of the angled shape of the pencil, it has a nice natural colour and the brush is also very good, it actually puts the hairs in place. Gave it 4 stars as I still believe it is quite pricey and I have found it recently on a beauty website £3 cheaper.

The product looks nice and applies easily and I did like the fact that it has a brush at one end. It is convenient. However, it did not live up to my expectations as it wore off much more quickly than a simple cheap eye brow pencil. Not really worth the money despite all the hype around it.
