I honestly didn't think there was much to make filler good or bad, but this is so nice to mix and use! I was put off because most of the written reviews are negative. But I have used and liked sika products a lot and I often add pva for durability so thought I'd risk it. I'm really not sure what was done to make it crumbly? It mixes very easily, is very smooth and is absolutely the nicest to put on and stick I've ever used and easy to get a pretty flat finish, so less sanding and mess after. Some did take longer to dry, but that was a thick layer on a cold wall, so I really wasn't expecting it to be drying in an hour. Some of those were not completely dry the next morning, but I don't think that is much if a surprise. I like that you can do a much deeper he in one go, but again it is going to slow drying time. The working time is fine but possibly starts to cure a little faster than some. I maybe would only mix enough to get on in 10-20 minutes, that's fine for all jobs I'll be doing. Price was fine, I don't think news worthy either way but since found it very good I think that made it good value. Would have preferred it not to have plastic bags inside, but most others do as well so maybe we can't have it all. I'm only buying this in future.

As good as the brans that are twice the price

Easy to mix, smooth mixture, I make mine on the dryer side to stick verticaly, easy to use fast drying, good finish no or very minimal shrinkage on drying. Rock solid finish. No cracks. Much better than previous powder filler I've used before that cost more. Dried off white but as I'm covering it that's no hardship.

Enough for a good few small-ish jobs and still fine after a year in the cupboard, price is okay and I'm ordering another box, it'll do.

definitely water it more than on the box for a creamy consistency. it does not dry in an hour as it says on the box, maybe for 1mm deep fixes, definitel not for 1cm deep large ones.
