I have tried all sorts of VFR and IFR flight notepads. These are nice and I will use them. I just feel that I still have not found the perfect notepad. Every brand has something missing. Fuel tank switch times are one such item. Still searching for that elusive 5-star perfect notepad.

These notepads are great. The way the information is organized and the placement on the page makes sense, they fit perfectly on a kneeboard and the paper is good quality. There really isn't much else that you could ask for.Everyone has their own "ideal" on what they want on a flight notepad, but for me this is just perfect. My favorite thing about this design is the large notes section...most that I've seen have much smaller sections for random notes.

I only fly in flight sim; I get airsick in real aircraft, so this is the only way to satisfy my love for aviation. :-)I've lately begun learning how to fly on the vatsim network, and have wanted to find a good system for recording info.This VFR-IFR Flight Notepad is exactly what I needed! Excellent way to organize all the needed information for your read-back. Jot down instructions and clearances in easy to use format.Even for VFR use, this pad organizes all the relative information so you are not fumbling around last minute trying to find frequencies or other flight info.Has a nice heavy cardboard backing for easy writing. Tear off sheet style so the next flight you have a clean sheet ready to go.Keeps you from being that person on the radio. You know the one....... "Uh, departure, can you repeat that for Two Nine Tango?"

These flight-planning pads are quite a bit simpler than others that are out there on the market, but in my opinion that is very likely their strength. There is no excess info to add (which other similar products suffer from) and no needed info is missing. These are great for keeping your VFR flight planning organized and proactive to avoid unnecessary (and often dangerous) fumbling with charts or an EFB while in flight. In addition to spots for all field info, frequencies, etc, there is also a large patch of white space in the middle of each page for in-flight note-taking. These are quickly becoming my favorite, go-to flight planning organizers.
