Small, sturdy, easy to use
I purchased this device to move away from the ungainly devices that you have wrap around your upper arm. It is small, comes with its own ‘hard-case’ storage box, extremely light-weight, portable, and easy to use blood pressure monitor. The materials do not feel cheap and are pretty good quality. I am still using the charge it came with, so will say it has a decent extended battery life. It communicates audibly in clear and understandable commands. It communicates the results clearly once it completed the test. The digital display is easy to read. Compared against an older (1-2 year old) cuff device and received similar results on both devices. If there is anything to grouse about, it would be the size of the display. It is like having a small TV sitting on your wrist. Understanding the demographic that gravitates towards devices like this, and that I am approaching inclusion to that demographic, the screen is still quite large for my preference; especially given the audible commands and results report. Overall this is a great device so far and would recommend for those looking for something light weight and easy to use.

Blood pressure cuff
This is a great blood pressure kit. It’s easy to use and gives accurate measurements as required by most doctors. If it’s a first time you’re using it and you have a doctors appointment coming up you might want to take it with you just so your doctor knows what you’re using when you take your blood pressure at home. I ordered it from Amazon. I bought it that morning and I arrived that afternoon. I was so surprised I really needed it, but it is a great blood pressure wrist measurement easy to use easy to care for it and it comes in its own container. I would recommend this to everybody a lot easier to use that’s for sure. I give it 10 stars..

Accurate blood pressure monitoring, without the upper arm hassle of tradtitional monitors!
Works like a charm! Just as accurate as my older traditional blood pressure monitor that tightens around the upper arm and needs to be pumped up with the little bulb. This wrist monitor is so much easier to use, much more comfortable to use, and has matched all the readings from my other monitor (I tested it several times to make sure this newer wrist style monitor is accurate, which it is!

Nice, easy to use, quite accurate, convenient; setup is a little confusing.
Functions well as expected; convenient; quite accurate and comparable to arm units. Setup is a little confusing (sound, no sound, see average, charge and level).

Accurate/Easy/No fuss
I really like this unit! I was using a different wrist monitor for 6 months and decided I should have a spare unit and bought this one. What I noticed differently, is the gentler inflation rate and the wrist cuff being more comfortable. The unit is very, very, light as well. The unit’s voice reading is a nice bonus too. The display is easy to read. And the price is modest. I just received it yesterday so I will update this review if necessary. As far as ease of use, I opened the box, the unit was pre charged, so I just hit the start button with it being on my wrist at about heart level. The manual is not needed really. Unless you want to program it for memory logs or for review.

Oklar Blood Pressure
The Oklar blood pressure monitor is honestly better than I expected. What stands out the most for me is the fact that it’s rechargeable, so there’s no need for batteries. This makes a big difference, especially since battery compartments can break easily over time. Not having to worry about replacing batteries or dealing with loose contacts is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the read-out-loud feature, which makes it easier to use, especially when I’m not looking directly at the screen. Speaking of the screen, the large monitor is clear, bright, and easy to read at a glance. Overall, the Oklar blood pressure monitor is reliable, convenient, and user-friendly, and I’m glad I chose it.

Easy to use without help from someone else.
This is a very easy to use monitor; however, as with most wrist monitors, it is not always accurate when compared to a upper arm cuff. I made several comparisons with a upper arm monitor taken at the same time and the upper arm consistently showed a lower pressure than the wrist monitor. It's good to take a quick reading, and if everything looks in the normal range, there is no need to wrestle with the upper arm monitor.

Not too shabby!
As a cna, I use this every single day! A couple of notes: - It functions incredibly easily. Strap it on, push the button, and away it goes. - It records every take, I can go back and check each blood pressure that I have measured. No fear of forgetting or missing it before it turns off. - Arm cuffs are never perfectly accurate. And nothing compares to doing it manually. After using this cuff for a couple of weeks it started reading really inaccurately, all the numbers have been super high. And Ive been needing to redo them. - Battery life has been quite impressive. I use it for days before charging again, and being able to charge it is sooo convenient! No going through packs of batteries, and worrying about them dying. - The numbers are easy to read inside or outside. And it does read them to you so you have the option of listening if needed. -Super easy to pack around. I keep it in my little vitals bag. Which is like a fanny pack. - One final pluss is that where I work it can get pretty loud, making it hard to accurately listen to or even hear the heart beat to get a read. So having this cuff to do it for me is absolutely better then nothing.
