This lamp shade works very well with my old floor lamp. It came with two adapter rings that I needed. I customized it a little to make the lamp looks more fun and funky. This wicker lamp shade is of good quality. However, when it first arrived I need to shift the threads around a bit so the gaps between threads are more even.

This is a very sturdy item. Comes with all the adaptor pieces you might need for your pendant light.

Purchased this shade for a pendant light over my breakfast table. It is so pretty but the natural color was too light for my area so I returned it for the darker rattan color. It is very sturdy and looks very high end. I am using a round bulb which fit perfectly.

These were good for the price. Easy to install.

This lampshade is absolutely stunning, exceptionally well executed and a sinuous design that's not to be found elsewhere. It's a very good value for the design, fitter accessories and execution quality.Many woven wicker lampshades are lopsided due to inadequate structure. Not this one. It's heavy, color matched metal frame ensures it's uniform all around and the frame spot welds are secure. All the wicker strand terminations are inside so they don't distract from the shade's lovely undulating lines.The wicker is woven tight enough to preserve your retinas yet allows light to artistically filter through.Its a standard 42mm, E26 socket pendant shade fitter, but comes with 36mm and 28mm reducing adapters to use with other pendant socket hardware. The shade size is about as stated. Mine measures 12" at it's widest, 4" at the top and 6-3/8" high.Rather than a pendant, I'm using mine placed on an orchid pot I wired into a table lamp. The shade is perched directly on top of a standard 5.5W 2700K E26 plastic LED light bulb, 50-60 W incandescent equivalent (don't do this with a glass bulb that could break, or an incandescent bulb because they get hot).This shade doesn't emit a lot of light outward because the weave absorbs a lot of it. But if used as a pendant as intended it will provide good downlighting and a beautiful, warm ambiance outward.I'm absolutely in love with this shade and so glad I ordered it. My only wish is that the manufacturer make a larger version I could hang above my dining table!

Overall, the lamp is nicely shaped and well made. It seems very sturdy and durable.It is on the smaller side--good for positioning over a small area like a desk, but too small for over a dining table or use on an overhead light. The price is perhaps a bit high for the size of lamp, though the durability seems to make it more worth that price.One note is that the metal frame is a distinctly different color from the actual rattan material, as you can sort of see in the official product photos. It sort of looks like there are stripes on the neck of the lampshade. It's not super noticeable, but might bother some.
