UPDATE: I originally gave them three stars because of missing items. After contacting them, a new item was immediately sent with everything included. This is going to be perfect for my trips!!I really like the travel stuffable neck pillow. It's very soft and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars, however, the drawstring storage bag wasn't included, and neither was the strap to carry it with.

First time using the neck rest, and the hooks that connect the pillow together did not make it through a 45 minute flight. I have 18 more hours of flying with a broken neck rest! Not satisfied.

Saves room in luggage. I don’t need to pay for a carry on because this holds so much. Very soft and comfortable. Saved me $70 on Frontier. Worth the hype.

Using both of these, on the flight back home one of them tore from the strap side making it unusable as a neck pillow. While the second one showed signes of tearing.

Packed a bunch of underwear in it and was able to get by with just a carryon. Seems well made and is very soft. I like it. Don’t overfill it.

Already falling apart and haven’t even left the airport!

Stuffed it full of clothes for a trip, great when flying a “budget airline “ and just have a small free duffle under the seat plus this. You can easily take a week’s worth of clothes

Broke on the first leg of my trip! Was NOT overstuffed. Unraveled at the connecting point. Very disappointed.
