Ferrous Sulfate Elixir 220mg/5mL 16oz Bottle - 4 Pack

This is one of the only products that has the amount of iron per dose that I need in the amount of liquid. I have yet to have a problem with delivery. Always on the date promised. Didn’t rate the flavor as I give this through a feeding tube so taste isn’t important.

I purchased item for my mother. When I needed to refill her prescription they want $83 for about 8-10 ounces. The pharmacist told me to check Amazon. I did and what a substantial difference in price. I compared the prescribed to Amazons and they had the exact same makeup. I can't comment the taste because as I said it is for my mother that is tube feed. I'm more then satisfied with the price. Will continue to look for deals on Amazon.

This product was difficult to source locally, so when I found it on Amazon at a better price anyway, I ordered it, and I've now reordered it. It raised my ferritin to the level the doctor wanted. I mix it with a juice glass size of water and I drink it through a straw, so it goes down quickly. The taste isn't awful, but it is distinct!

Works as advertised.

got for my mom they were going to start making her come in to the office and get iron by iv befpre we tryed this now her nubers are up and the dr are happy. the taste is bad but we put it in oj or crackberry juice so she onlonger minds it and she get her vitimine c to help her abosrbe it

Product was just what I ordered. The product is still great but when these came one or two bottles had leaked. Disappointing!!!!!

I use in orange juice (which is recommended for better absorption) and I can't taste it. Any other form causes stomach upset - no problem with this form.

I have been using this product for years as directed by my doctors.
