I've noticed using this has helped much more for my hair softness and thickness than biotin shampoos or any other type of "hair growth" products. I don't do the 10 minute mask though I just take a dab or two on my fingers and run it through and leave it in all day. It smells great and once it dries makes my hair much thicker.

This conditioner has a very strong rose smell. It can be a bit overpowering, but it soon fades to a nice rose smell that pasts several days. It keeps my hair soft for almost a week. I really like it for my very long, wavy hair.
