Altus Athletic 55cm 600-Pound Body Ball with DVD (Periwinkle)

I'm 5'4 and bought this ball as an alternative to my office chair at work. I chose this size based on a height chart. While this is probably about the right size for me to work out with, it's pretty low to the ground for a chair. I can use it to work, but if I were buying again I would get a size or two bigger. Just keep that in mind, depending on what you're buying for! It's held up for over a year now, and I enjoy using it. It's a little noisy when you move around on it, though.

I really liked this stability ball - until the day it popped a few weeks after I got it. One of the ribs of the ball had a small tear. I'm returning this one in hopes that the next one will actually be "bust-proof."
