I went from 300 to 290 in like 2 weeks!!!!!!!! Very scary results lol it works and yes it will have you on the toilet so be cautious of the time you take it. I did experience slight cramping a few times taking the tea but after it went away. I would say definitely try and fit this into your routine it definitely works

My husband and I really like this tea. We have a cup at night. I like the flavor and it works to help clean you out but it is not too overwhelming. How long your brew it makes a big difference to the strength.
