I wasn't sure how I would feel about this BUT I SO LOVE IT! The texture of the mask feels so soft and comfortable. It was a little crazy getting use to it on my face around the eye area but once I got thr hang of the placement, I had no more issues. It does get cold pretty fast in the freezer and ready for use fairly quickly. It doesn't get rock hard so the gel inside doesn't feel like it's a brick on your face. It's a very cool mask and you feel and see the puffiness go down. I leave on for 10 minutes and sometimes flip over to the other side to really feel the coolness on my face. It says that the bag should keep the foodie/Freezer smell away but I think it still seeps in a tad but it's bearable.

Love this product, it’s great for maintaining inflammation in your face or eye’s and giving you a more refreshed tight look to your skin. It’s also great for migraines or pain. Love the case it came in to keep your items clean and in the fridge nicely.

Product cools face well and I even use it on other parts when I’m sore. The face mask could have longer straps, when I wrap it around it barely fits and I don’t think I have a big head but it would just be nice. The eye mask fits great. It does stay cool for a good 20-25 mins. Both sides of the mask are cold and stay put. I also like the smaller pads and they stay put as well. After day at work it’s nice to sit back and relax with that on your face and let it do its magic. I wear it while watching TV. I would recommend this for the cool relief and quality alone.

I had medical jaw surgery, and this face mask set saved me. I wore this for about two weeks after surgery. This set has everything you need to help decrease the swelling. And it’s really well-made. I still have it in a box in the freezer in case I might need it in the future. This is definitely not a one time use. It’s high-quality.

Happy with product. Really like the soft side for using on my face.

Girlfriend love it compact, practical and great price

I was looking forward to having this after falling on ice hitting my face and head on a wood railing. The temps were so cold here when delivered i didn't need to freeze it. Out of package the plastic was rigid. Actually hurt to try to place on my forehead. The creases are so sharp the could produce a thin cut (like paper) esp around the eyes. The fit does not smoothly form around cheekbone ; eyes etc. very disappointed.

I like that this came with a storage bag for when not in use. I love that it also has a freezer bag to cool everything at once. I would like to see future versions of the masks for people with wider heads as I was barely able to close the top Velcro strap around my head. Future versions for people who have more space between their eyes would help too. This feels like it was designed for people with more narrow heads & face features but it does contact most of the front of my face. It would be nice to be able to keep in the freezer longer than the recommended 3 hours max but I understand it will damage the packs if kept in the freezer longer.

This kit worked wonders for my rash I was getting my face. It gave me many options to choose from. I really liked the full face option to soothe the irritation.

Blown away at the amazing quality of this product. Well made and well packaged. Excellent price point… excellent product…👍… I am having major dental surgery and this product will help with the swelling and pain. Love how the part that is on your skin is soft and plush.
