Perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It has adjustable straps, and the grey part on top is adjustable as well, for added compression. (I think someone in the Q/A section said it was an ice/heat pack holder. I haven't tried it for this purpose, but I suppose it would work for that!). Unless you are quite a bit bigger than the average person, you shouldn't have any problem with the straps not being large enough. They are plenty long. And, as a female on the thinner side, they are almost too long. But this provides exactly the support I am looking for. I had spinal fusion surgery a couple of years ago (C5 and C6), and occasionally still have issues with my shoulder when I overwork it. This helped the pain almost immediately, and gave the muscles a chance to relax. After just a couple of days, the shoulder pain was gone again! Very happy!

So far the brace is working fine. It’s not as breathable as my wife would like but otherwise her shoulder is not hurting as much at the end of the workday.

I think any brace will be somewhat awkward and uncomfortable at times. Overall it is very sturdy and clean in its design. Keeps my shoulder more stable. I dont take it apart. I slide it over my head which is hard. It helps to have someone help you connect the straps.

Had shoulder and bicep surgery last year and got this to improve in my recovery after physical therapy, so far so good after several work outs. Can be adjusted to fit, I could not wear without under shirt, Velcro was a little irritating. Other then that, all good.

I am a small lady – 110 pounds, with inflammation In the right shoulder. I really couldn’t do activity with this brace as it is way too large. The ice pack compartment is small but I can slide a bigger gel ice pack under the brace and the brace holds it in place so that is what I use it for . I have to sit in the chair and use it while I am reading or watching TV.

I’ve tried shoulder braces before but they’ve always fit poorly. I have chronic shoulder pain so I don’t want to give up. Every few months or more I look for something different and this time I found this one that looked right. Sure enough it fits well in all directions, has many easy ways to adjust and isn’t confusing or awkward to put on by myself. It keeps my shoulder immobilized but gives me just enough room to move so I can use use my hand and lower arm if I have to and doesn’t slip off my shoulder if I do move.It’s also a decent price and well made. The chemical smell that folks talk about stays only for a short time.

Received my shoulder brace quickly. Fits great and I can tell it is helping to stabilize my shoulder. I wear it over a cotton t-shirt to keep the straps from chafing my skin. Comfortable enough to wear at night when I need it most.

Seems well made, but it runs very small. I’m not huge by any means and the cuff was too tight on my arm. If you’re small/medium sized person it would work great though. Definitely not one size fits all or even most though.
