My everyday knife as a chef I feel like Michael Myers in the kitchen slicing and dicing everything!! Nothing stand a chance against me or this knife! Handle has a nice texture for grip and knife has superb quality and thick steel it will last for years taking care of it I will! Value for your money I would keep buying and buying this! I love it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: What can I say, professional steel for way less than the pretentious costs of blades these days. And I can just toss it in the dishwasher when I'm done. Holds its edge so well! I use it way more than my expensive blades simply because of the sheer utility and ease. I'm 10000% ordering more of these to replace all my blades, my nice blades will just go on my wall as decoration lol.

This knife for the price paid is an absolute steal. I love the feel and it sharpens easily. It does the job like a more expensive knife but without the crazy cost. I am ordering another one to replace a more expensive knife that I now wish I hadn’t bought. It holds up amazingly well through many dishwasher loads. Highly recommend!

People think professional chefs use expensive knives, and some do. But this is a go-to knife in most kitchens and can handle daily use. Like any blade, you need to keep it straight. The steel rod is not to sharpen - it's to straighten. Stones sharpen. This only needs a few passes on the rod daily to keep its edge perfect.
