Little noisier than original but it has been working since I installed it. All connections fit perfectly, easy to install and Great value. First, when I installed it, it didn't work. Checked here and there, nothing was wrong, and then I gave a tap near the fan area, it started to working... huh...!Anyway, it's working great without issues now.
