At first, I had a hard time finding the right connection. Took me days. Not very user friendly for non technical persons like myself. However, the manual helped a bit, and once set up, I was good to go. I must say that the item could be a bit lighter for travel, however, the compact size is very convenient. The kickstand could be sturdier as well. But having three monitors when I'm on the go, is a game changer. All my friends are loving it as well.

I bought this item based on its description and supposed "ease" to connect. I tried every possible way to connect this to my HP laptop and the only way it works is with an external power supply and an HDMI to type C connection. I figure, "ok, I'll make it work that way". My computer has 1 HDMI port but that's not a problem because my docking station has 2. I order 2 new HDMI to type c cables and connect everything up. CANNOT DETECT additional displays. I remove my brand new HDMI to type c and use the one (1 cable for 2 monitors, that's all they include. They supply 2 of every other cable but only 1 HDMI) that they supplied. Their cable works but not my HDMI to type C. Their packaging describes it as a "custom" HDMI to type C. Why? Am I now beholden to never lose this magic "custom" cable.I figure, at this point, I'll reach out to their support. I look for a toll free number only to find that the only way to contact them is via EMAIL Monday through Friday 9am-5pm no holidays GMT+8 hours. Are you kidding me?This product is garbage. I can't get it out of my house fast enough. I would rate it lower than one star, or negative, if I could.
