I usually have to store it upside down so any liquid in the package goes to the top-most wipe. that way it's as saturated as I'd like to wipe down my cats and clean them. however, they work perfectly as is to use as a ear wipe

Bad quality getting dry in package
Bad quality as all the wetness from wipes gone in the package itself. Not recommended

they are not moisturised enough. As dry as if you would have left it open. Had to add water through the opening for them to become wet enough.
