Exactly what we wanted for a great core and balance workout.

Assuming that it lasts and the handles don't fall off or it leaks (and no reason to think that it will) I think this is great .... good value, versatile, easy to fill and pump up and great for what I think would probably be called functional exercise ... big compound dynamic exercises with extra element of the variability to make sure that stabilising muscles involved. I also have a vipr which is great but the Tidal Tank does the same job and more for much less cost

I bought to use as a home weight. It is great when totally filled up to add extra weight to select movements like squats and deadlifts. It comfortable and durable in terms of quality.

Useful tool for reinforcing various movement patterns. There were 3 dyes included and that was a really great surprise. Let's see the durability now.
