These curtains are easy to install. The Velcro adheres well and the curtain stays in place. It is important to raise the middle of the top edge, as instructed, so the magnets click back into place. I also added screws at the top corners for additional security, feeling that the Velcro may not be enough with constant use. Tacks are included but these did not work as my windows have UPVC frames.The dogs come and go easily so these would not be strong enough to act as a barrier.My only niggle is the fact that this company does not have a large choice of sizes. I did order from a different company initially but these curtains never arrived, so I got a refund andpurchased these. However they were too wide and had to have two side seamssewn into them to make them fit. I did know this when I purchased them butthey were the size nearest my windows.If this company could offer curtains in 5cms increments, both width and length,that would be incredibly useful.Overall though I am pleased with my purchase and would buy this product again.

Arrived well packed 182x203 cm flying mash net. Setting was easy: press strip with Velcro along the top and sides pre-stitched other Velcro part strip. Put top of the screen along the door frame top and pulling of backing paper. Then same story for the sides. Easy! But didn’t consider that middle part of the screen has longer sides length then sides. Must keep magnets stick together while installing the screen. Top part of the screen should have middle part at the top of the frame as far as possible and side tiles should go little “down the hill”… look at the pictures. Otherwise magnets won’t get closed on a free flight state. Make sure that middle has slight overlap to assure free fly and space to connect magnets.Once done with this small truck - works perfect.

Really liked this idea if this magnetic door screen as my parents have one. Unfortunately as soon as my dogs walked through it there was a big gap and didn’t snap back into place like I thought it would. Good idea but didn’t worn for me so have to return. Now trying another one.

UPDATED: Bought another curtain for the conservatory. Just as pleased as with the one for the back door & as you can see our dog can go in & out when he likes & YES !! It closes behind him.I followed the fitting instructions & found it easy to put up on my own despite being just over 5ft. The magnets really do just automatically align once curtain is in the correct position. Have gone through 'no hands free' carrying the laundry basket several times now with it opening & closing behind me fine.I had to adjust the height initially & managed to pull the top off & re-stick it with no problem.The hardest part was trying to peel off the backing from the hook & loop reel. It refused to come off in one piece no matter how careful or slowly I tried, took a lot of patience but feel it was worth it.I'm going to buy another for the conservatory door.

I just had to turn it up 3 inches ,then it fitted doorway perfect .very good quality, for the money !
