Received and everything seemed good plugged everything in and light was working but didn’t want to work with any game I tried. Even tried a different console just didn’t work.

It has a complicated interface, and it lags. X- box says use x-box products.

Great product but worked for a while and stopped working could have just been that one but it's still a great product

It won't stay hooked up to my PC. The cords just fall out .

This product worked with Nintendo switch OLED. A particular key on the keyboard is fixed to a particular key on the joycon. You cannot change it. Don’t get confused by the term they used “key mapping”. That sort of key mapping is actually done inside the game setting itself. So, for Nintendo, the keys are fixed unfortunately. Mouse lag is considerable on Fortnite. Overall, okay purchase for the price if you target a reasonable experience.

This isn't great. It doesn't work for us and I don't know if we got a bad unit or what.

I got it for my Xbox to play r6 and it didn’t work for anything. I followed instructions step by step and wouldn’t work. Fortnite lets you play mnk either way but with this product, I couldn’t even play that.
