This sound system was delivered on time and is everything that I was looking for. It has superior sound and quality. I purchased this sound system for long range reception and was pleasently surprized with the reception. We are 100 percent with this sound system and highly recommend this item.

No warning in ad, but this unit is built for European electrical connections not USA! It will not work here in America. A total waste of money and time. I may donate it to someone in France.

This radio works great. I had to replace an old one. Good value for the money and easy to use

Good little boombox, plays just about anything... the "adapter" that comes with it is a plugin 50w peak transformer, it only mentions "peak" wattage because it should be rated at 25w or below. It is NOT enough to power this unit safely, and one should use a better transformer or in my case in Europe I don't have any problems. You can't turn the thing on to use the "Music Port" without the remote, and that's the only reason I got this to up my laptop sound a bit, and it's great for that except I have to find the remote, which is plain ridiculous. CD will not play Door opens then closes One time said reading..However CD still does not play!!! Model RX-D55. Return and replacment product is requested... I have purchased Panasonic products before. Panasonic is number 1 with me when it comes to quality. Very pleased with my new Panasonic product.

The power cord included with this model is. not designed for use in the United States. When I tried to trouble shoot using Panasonic's website, there was no help. Their chat option didn't seem to recognize this product. Also, everything related to Panasonic's help seemed to assume I live in Asia. Also, there is no info either in the manual or etched into the unit regarding what size batteries to use. All in all, a waste of time and money.

Muy buen equipo 'boombox', tiene muy buen sonido, y gran potencia de salida y su sonido envolvente, y también me encantó porque incluyó el control remoto a distancia. El único problema es el convertidor de voltaje de entrada de 120 voltios a 240 voltios de salida. Se calienta, pero de todas maneras muchas gracias por éste boombox Panasonic.

WARNING! The CD tray does not work at all, and the plug is unusable in Canada, which, of course, makes this purchase useless to anyone. Because my wife fell down the stairs and experienced a back injury, I was understandably occupied looking after her and got delayed several weeks in returning this product. I was then told I could not do so because the "Return window closed on May 8, 2024." This makes me quite angry that I was deliberately sold a product that does not work and does not contain the parts needed to make it do, that is if it wasn't defective in the first place. Why was I sold a piece of junk in the first place, one that opened only once after a dozen attempts, and why was I fobbed off because I wanted a replacement? We are over 80 years old and find your product, your service, and your attitude shameful.
