Q: Does it hold a 16 ounce soft drink bottle and fit in a car cup holder? I have found you have to drink alcoholic drinks for most of these to work.

The Big Buddy will hold a 16oz or 20oz bottles. The bottom of the Big Buddy is 3.187". You may have to get a Large water bottle adapter for your cup holders. if your car cup holders aren't big enough.

Q: Does it hold an Arizona tea ?

There is an additional lid you can buy from their official website that makes it taller to perfectly fit a 23 oz Arizona Ice Tea Can. Unfortunately you can not buy it on Amazon currently.
