Funny and speedy scooter for the kids!
Bought this scooter for the kids about a week ago, and they sure love riding on it. Getting them to take turns has been a challenge, but I think getting better. Initially it seemed to go very very slowly, but once we figured out the "gears" it got a lot better (went from 3 stars to 5 stars). Here are our pros and cons:PROS-Overall it is easy to use, not very many buttons and pretty intuitive.-The brake is nice and big, and the light on the side turns red when it is engaged (it would be nice if there was a red light on the back as all and not just the sides)-The accelerator is big and easy to push and release.-Wide wheels make balance easier-Nice lights-Folds up easily and smoothly-Charges pretty quickly-Good grip on footboard and handlebar-Adjustable handlebar height so different heights can use it quicklyCONS-There is a big difference in speed between a 60 lb rider and a 100 lb rider-There is a big difference in speed from slightly downhill to slightly flat to slightly uphill-The kickstand is a little difficult to access and usually involves using a hand to get it down instead of just kicking it down.-Has some rattles when going...at this price point, I thought it would not have any rattling.-Too heavy for most kids to pick up and carry.Overall, we are enjoying it a bunch!
