Will make for an ideal covering for either a teen or adult neck.
I bought this for my 11 year old who is stuck in limbo between needing a trach or simply having a closed stoma. He doesn’t need the structural support of a trach tube but he aspirates everything including saliva so we need an option to help keep the stoma open and available for suction in case he’s ill or just to generally prevent or minimize exposure to dust/debris. He is currently only using a bandaid or bandana to cover the stoma so this covering was an effort to see how he would respond to a flexible, thicker material with a secure closure. If it were narrower and a few inches shorter it would be an ideal pediatric size so I think it’s safe to say it could be a comfortable covering for a teen or adult. It’s made with durable yet breathable material with light padding to provide a bit of cushion and a Velcro closure with plenty of room to adjust for a wider (or more slender!) neck.

Will not cover the trach
These collars are too small to cover the tracheotomy. They are too high on the neck when you put them on.

A cover that is helpful.
Wears well- good quality with good fastening. The only drawback is that the item is quite wide on the neck. Wish it was a bit narrower and would still cover. I fold it down a bit but a little narrower would be more useful. Another that I had bought in th past was too narrow to cover. So a happy medium would be appreciated.

Great option for trek coverage
Looks good and fastens very secure. Easier to just throw on when needed than traditional bandage.

To wide for the neck, no way to ever make it fit right, especially if you have a trache or a lary .

Trach covers
They are a little too thick to breath through, looking at options to make them more breathable. They look and feel very nice. The other issue is they aren't long enough, I'm having a hard time getting them to fit around my neck. A large person would never get them to fit.
