Barbie™ magically comes to life in her third animated movie, Barbie of Swan Lake. Based on the brilliant music of Tchaikovsky and the beloved fairy tale, the movie stars Barbie as Odette, the young baker's daughter who follows a unicorn into an Enchanted Forest. While there, she is transformed into a swan by Rothbart, an evil wizard intent on defeating the Fairy Queen and taking over the Forest. The Fairy Queen is able to counter Rothbart's spell so that Odette retains her human form by night but mystically transforms into a swan by day. Lemme just get out of the way, I’m 27, I haven’t seen this movie since I was 6, I was CACKLING while watching this movie that I rewatched it three more times that night. The animation, the characters, the humor, everything, this is such a great movie, watch it with friends or your family and you will have the greatest time!

Nostalgic and super cute!
I rented this film to watch with my girlfriend when we were both feeling nostalgic and it really is cute and well done. It's done in the older style of Barbie films and it's well animated, good voice actors, and beautiful colors. Would recommend for those who haven't seen it and those who have and enjoyed it definitely need to watch again.

Favorite movie
I loved this movie as a kid so I got it for my daughter to enjoy as well. It’s the same as I remember it, now we have something to watch and share together ❤️

Barbie is such a great movie series. I loved watching them as a kid and it is still nostalgic. Definitely a go to if I am babysitting.

Great movie, Questionable quality
My daughter loves the movie. And it was one of my favorites as a kid. My issue is that even though it’s a widescreen film it still doesn’t fill the tv as if it’s some type of bootleg.

英語ですが、映像がとてもきれいで子どもでも大体わかります。白鳥の湖の音楽と共に大人も子どもも楽しめますよ。すっかりバービーファンになってしまいました。４歳の娘はビデオを見ながら真似して踊っています。最近では、「ママ～スワン・レイク見たい。」と英語で言ってくるようになりました。

Daughters comment: Another beautiful performance from the London Orchestra. This film is fabulous. A work of CGI art. Barbie tells her tale and you are magically transported to a wonderful realm of fantasy. It really makes you wish that magic can be real in this world. Overall, a must buy for Barbie fans! :)
