This one is the perfect length so it doesn’t snag on clothes like other similar style ones. The eyes sometimes catch on clothes but don’t pull on the piercing too much. None of the gems have fallen out or has it tarnished and I never take it out and have had it for about two months now. Only complaint would be that with tight high waisted pants it might push on the piercing and cause the back of the snake head to push into your skin a little bit which can be a bit uncomfortable but doesn’t cause any damage to the piercing hole or anything like that.
