I bought this set but unfortunately the basket is too small for the bread dough about 1 kg

These two baskets complete with linen liners/covers are good value. They are neatly made and sturdy. Easy to clean by brushing out the flour after use and easy to stack for storage.The 18cm size is perfect for a smaller loaf. I have a 25cm size and find this smaller pair of baskets more useful.The dough proofs evenly and the pattern made by the basket ribs enhances the finished look of the loaves.I love them

These are nice and do the job of holding dough while it proves. A light dusting with rice flour and the dough tips out easily and cleanly.You can also use them as a hat if your head is not too large.

These bannetons are excellent quality. There were no spilts in the wood, yes there was the odd splinter/shaving sticking out which I just peeled away. If you do not want the dough to stick, flour, flour, flour and if in doubt flour more, I can't emphasise the importance how important this is. I bought them based on the reviews. I have used them several times and they are still in good condition. I recommend this product.
