The wife has suffered years of back issues. She requested this thinking it would help with her pain. So I gave it as a Christmas gift. She says it's fantastic. Helps with her pain and provides support. If she's happy, I'm happy!

I got this posture corrector because I have a rotator cuff impingement and my ortho told me that I have to improve my posture to improve the impingement. This has helped me beyond anything I could have done on my own. First of all its comfortable. Now thats not to say that it doesnt take getting used to because it does, and if you wear it too long it can cause quite a bit of discomfort but once you find the sweet spot and lean into it then it's the best thing to help out with posture. It holds me upright, its very high quality and the velcro is super. It also has an extra extender so if you have a little more fluff it's still going to work great. I definitely recommend it.

Thought it was for men and women. I ordered a Large. The tag says L. But it’s pretty small so I think I need to order a XL. All the instructions show a women wearing the item. No men. Are they different? Or either man or woman can wear it?

I was having a problem of slumping over when I crochet or I’m cooking. I don’t notice it until I straighten up. But with this on, it helps me continue staying straight and it does take off a lot of stress on my back. That’s for sure.

I've let some posture issues go unchecked for a long time and this has helped me. The adjustable straps help in pulling my shoulders back as I always feel as though I'm sinking into myself. This pulls them back and helps to keep proper form. After a long day being hunched over, I noticed little to no pain and was able to move about freely the next day. The nylon straps hold tight and the neoprene-like material stretches nicely. After extended use, it will rub the armpits and cause a little discomfort. It was suggested to wear for 2 hours and I pushed it to 8 hours. This is very low profile, I didn't notice any obvious lines in a dress shirt, polo, or t-shirt. Friends failed to notice as well. The velcro that secures the waistband and nylon straps is strong and doesn't break loose. Its also very convenient and quick to adjust and offers support in the spot between my shoulder blades that gives me issues. I'm glad I took a chance on this, hopefully it will help you as well.

This product was really hard to get on and off, and the Velcro kept sticking to where it should stick and it was painful for underneath the underarms. When you were for over an hour and actually I just threw this away, and I probably only used it 5 or 6 × 4 that. I am giving it 2 stars

this back support brace is very solid. Material is sturdy, nothing ripped and it held up very well during the 4 weeks I wore it daily for two hours uninterrupted. When you wear it, you definitely will improve your posture. It can be quite restrictive around the waist area and I felt it with every breath but it was not to the point of being uncomfortable. I would not want to work out in it and they tell you as much in the material that comes with the brace. Now to the main question: what happened after four weeks of wearing it? Answer: nothing changed. I might have a bit of an easier time straigtening out because of the muscle memory but when I am distrated I go right back to slumping over more that I want to. Perhaps I will wear it for a longer period to see if it does anything. I think the benefits are a bit oversold in the ad.

It dose like it says and the fabric is solid n not cheap but u should do like they tell u where it 30 min a couple of days to get use to it and later 45 min . If u feel comfortable enough after that where it all day and befor bed take it off . I personally use it when i do abs exercise 🦾🦾🦾
