This crumb cake mix it terrific. Price is really good. Very quick and easy to make on short notice. It's not heavy, and stays moist without being soggy. The topping is yummy. I have bought several of these and they're always consistent. Too bad I can't find them in our stores, but it's great that Amazon has them.

Peanut butter cake, with an extra peanut buttery crumble on top. Dont over-bake. Not sure why all the "too dry" comments. Maybe in a little too long? I didnt expect to love this, but I bought it with my husband in mind who loves all things Reese's. I think it turned out well, and will definitely make it aagin (have purchased a few times already actually). I made this according to directions (I used macadamia oil) and baked it in my convection toaster oven. Took less time to bake because of that, and I definitely got it out when the knife was clean. I had poured the batter into a pan lined with parchment, so when I took it out of oven, I pulled the cake out of the pan immediately with the parchment paper. I didnt want any more heat on it. VERY peanuty. The peanut flavor "repeats" through burps. Nothing I would change, but feel free to doctor it up a bit. Need chocolate? Then add a chocolate drizzle, or chipped up candy bars, frosting.. I will say that it is very light. It doesn't eat "heavy" and we find ourselves eating more than we would at once compared to an actual cake or brownies. It doesnt make a lot, so use a couple of boxes if need be depending on how many you want to feed. It wont be making a regular cake size. Their brownie version is also quite good

This was a hit with my family. They actually I guess got phone calls that I made it (4 boxes) and they all showed up. /grins. Everybody got some including me this time. I do two boxes per 8-9 inch bake pan and use metal if you have it and don't let it dry out as soon as it looks done check it. This stuff is great unfortunately I didn't have any leftovers. So I can't tell you how well it does after sitting around for a while. Can we please have a chocolate chip one? perty please!

eh I wasnt super happy with the taste, it could have been way more flavorful in my opinion. It was a cool thing to try, I liked the crumble on top it was sugary and sort of melted in your mouth, def needed because the cake itself lacked flavor in my opinion. But it was simple to make. The peanut butter aspect was decent. Texture was like a banana bread pretty much. It was fairly moist. For a few bucks, and to try something new the value for money wasn't too shabby. I will say it baked beautifully though. Peep the pics I arrached! :)
