Best iron supplements I’ve ever taken! They dont upset my stomach or mess with my GI tract.

My daughter was low on iron and she started taking these. Her iron storage was so low due to PCOS that her hair was thinning and she was bald in spots. Now her hair is back and thick as ever. This iron is the only iron supplement that doesn't have other added vitamins, minerals or unnecessary additives. This iron saved my bacon! I was anemic for about 4 years without realizing it. I have fibroid tumors. I was flagging for anemia on my blood work, but my physician's assistant and head doctor were ignoring it. I was so tired, lost a lot of my hair and my nails were very thin and peeling. I had been on a daily regime of 130 mg of this iron (with Vit C, it helps it absorb) since March 2014 and I am doing MUCH better. Separate into three doses during the day. I dropped down to 50-75 mg per day once my hemoglobin went up to 15.7 in September of 2014 (6 months). I did not have surgery, so I still have to take plenty of iron to keep from getting anemic again. I take it on an empty stomach (one hour on each end before/after food). It does not bother my stomach at all. It took about 8 months for my hair to start growing back in, which is normal. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING HIGH DOSES OF IRON, IT CAN BE FATAL IF YOU OVERDOSE. Non anemic people only need about 20 mg per day. The seller shipped very quickly.
