The metal arm that holds the thread to tension it to the spool was a little bent, but was easily bent back. It works well now and makes a nice yarn cake. Easy to use.

I love this winder! It's easy to assemble and they even supply the tool needed! It works like a dream and so quietly. I would love it if they decided to make a larger one.

This yarn winder works great for average-sized skeins and is a huge time saver. It’s stable and easy to use, and I had no issues at all—at first. Unfortunately, it doesn’t hold up well with frequent or high-volume use. After about three months of heavy usage, the motor started to wear out and struggled to wind a full skein. Despite its short lifespan, I keep coming back to it because it still outperforms any hand winder I’ve tried. Just know that it’s best suited for occasional use. I also tried the larger capacity version hoping it would handle bigger skeins better, but it was a disappointment—extremely loud, constantly got stuck, and didn’t work at all for my needs. I ended up returning it. If you’re a casual user, this winder is a great tool. Just be aware of its limitations if you’re winding yarn frequently or in large quantities.

If you have yarn you need this product! It was very easy to put together and very easy to use! It doesn’t take up a lot of room and works great!!! I love the variable speeds and durability of it! The adjustable springs make it great for different thicknesses of yarn! I highly recommend it!

It works good and saves me a lot of time winding in a ball. Makes a nice size cake which is easy to handle. Not recommended for doing massive amounts of yard at a time, I don't think but for what I do, it's great.

If you know someone who is into crochet or knitting you have found your gift right here (especially if they don't have one of these)! My wife didn't have one... she won't stop carrying on about how great this gift was... I really can't believe she didn't already have this in the whole spare room full of yarn and knitting stuff she has amassed. Who would have thought a ball winder would be so satisfying; It effortlessly makes these little balls that she carries everywhere... It seemed like a no-brainer sort of tool to me and I did a days long dive into the offerings and found that-all things considered, this was the best value and function available to date. It's cool to watch work and even cooler watching her so pleased with this utilitarian item I've been married for 22 years and don't think I have hit a home run like this gift before... Well I guess she's as pleased as a kitten with a ball of yarn. And in case it wasn't clear all the innuendo and 'tounge-in-cheek' was intended. Enjoy

This Yarn Cake Winder is a game changer! The instructions are clear and it was very easy to assemble. Etcokai, the manufacturer has an instruction video and a troubleshooting tips and tricks video on you tube. These were very helpful! In full transparency, I was going to give less stars after my first use. I wound a hank bulky yarn and it was a disaster lol. The yarn kept slipping and bunching up at the top. I watched the troubleshooting video and decided to give it another shot with a hank of super bulky. It wound the yarn beautifully and I had no issues!! I highly recommend this electric yarn cake winder, if I could give it 100 stars I would! It’s certainly made my yarn balling experience 1000% better! Don’t hesitate. Go Buy It NOW!

手動→安い電動→この商品を今回購入しました。 糸をかけるところが安い電動のものと違いしっかりした作りなのできれいな玉ができます。 以前のものはプラスチックで本体に差し込みのみで糸の振動で外れるし、そうなると回転している部分の根元に絡みついてガガガギギギとすごい音で動かなくなってました。抑えのバネ部分も1つだけだったのでゆるゆるの玉になってました。 この商品は糸の方の絡みでまわらなくなった時も静かに止まります。 回転音も安い電動の1/3ぐらいの音でとても静かです。 動きも滑らかで静かだしきれいな糸玉ができるのでまだ編む予定のない毛糸も巻き直ししたくなってしまいました。

Muy buena máquina, me ha ahorrado muchísimo tiempo. Enrolla los ovillos de lana rápido y sin esfuerzo, además no hace mucho ruido. Funciona sin cable y eso es súper cómodo. La batería dura bastante. Lo recomiendo para quienes hacen crochet o punto con frecuencia.
