Better than expected, especially at this price !!!
Beautifully made and well designed . Took a little time to get started, probably because the nibs are so fine but once going are superb ! I’m using them for drawing and am able to work at a fast pace with no trouble at all ! They are slim and comfortable in the hand . I cannot seem to find out what the body is made from, aluminium maybe ?

wow - these pens are glorious!
I am a regular fountain pen user and, for the bargain price of £10 for 3 (including converters!) I was not expecting a lot. All three are amazing - really smooth writers, very well made (the black ones are metal not plastic as the listing suggests), and the converters are also excellent and fit perfectly (much more solidly than converters in most pens). I am blown away by the quality - they are as good as some of my pens costing 20x the price and write as nicely as any pen I own.The pens come with 3 different sized nibs - the '03' is more like extra-fine in other brands, the 'EF' writes like a regular fine and the 'F' is definitely a medium to broad. However, the broader F one writes beautifully in reverse (nib adjacent to the paper) to give an EF effect if that is what you prefer. Don't be put off by the belief that these pens will be incredibly thin-lined and scratchy - between them they give you options from super thin to quite broad lines. For those new to fountain pens, you may find that you may need to give the ink some initial encouragement by winding down the converter (gently and slowly!) until ink starts to flow from the nib - do it over a sink! Once they have been used they should be fine for future fills. Personally I fill the converters out of the pen by dipping in an ink bottle and then fitting to the pens rather than dipping the pen nib into the bottle as it's less messy.Don't hesitate to buy these pens - you will not be disappointed.

Great purchase
I bought these pens when the cartridges I've been using with Rotring art pens for the last 20 years were no longer available. I've found them excellent, and extremely good value. The ink flow is fine and the pens reasonably comfortable to hold. I've not had them for long, but so far they seem at least as good as a much more expensive brand.

I won't recommend this. Don't waste money!
It was working well for first ten mins, then ink flow was intermittent. After that it stopped completely.

Another great fountain pen in the Jinhao range
I have not been disappointed with any Jinhao fountain pens, but I am particularly fond of the 65 range, they write very well and are understated, you don't get funny looks when you pull one out.
