Olympic Rubber Bumper Weight Set - 2 Inch Barbell Plates for Home Gym Strength Training

I've got different plates of different brand and I can say something about this one.The rubber quality is good. The best thing I like is that it is almost odorless (only a little rubber smell when opened the box and gone very quickly). This is different from other ones I got, which has stronger rubber smells and lasts longer.The plate is also a bit softer and it has a shinny surface , compared with other ones. didn't really try to drop so can't compare about the bounce.Price of this plate is also not the most competitive, It will be a good buy if the price can be more competitive.

I needed to add another set of 45's to my bumper plate collection. I was hesitant of mixing brands because sometimes they can be different diameters. But this was too good a deal to pass up. Thankfully, not only are these the same diameter of my other bumpers (Zelus), these have a very nice fit and finish. Nicer than the ones I already had. Oh yeah, no room filling offensive smell and not too oily either. Just a quick wipedown and these were ready for lifting!

I only received my 45lbs plate set from my order. I conducted a light strength training on Wednesday afternoon. I also placed a rubber mat down for extra cushion. Overall the Bumper plates are made of good rubber. My porch received no damage while lifting and dropping the weights. Now I really hope I receive my 15lbs and 35lbs plate sets. Then I can conduct a much heavier workout.

The first thing I noticed when the weights arrived was the smell. A good smell, it reminded me of when I started lifting, that smoky rubber smell. Nice. Also the metal piece in the middle that the bar fits through doesn't rattle.
