Q: how is the whisk held in?

The whisk is great I bought for my daughter who makes a lot of green tea matcha lattes and it has held up good.

Q: What is the Rpm for the high powered one?

It's 18,500 RPM. Enough juice in this one to froth amazingly!

Q: I'm having a hard time holding down the button. Is this normal?

Seems to be withstanding the wife's constant need to frothing everything

not had any issue with it, and manages to froth different things. Used a lot for frothing milk and honey together.

Do not waste your money

Disaster. Not powerful. Stopping all the time even wiping matcha . Button have to be pressed all the time advice is not working. And button place( on top) is very uncomfortable for that tipe of work . Do not waste your money!
