This co q10 seems to work pretty good, after 3 days I could feel an approvment. Seems to be a good supplement.

I can tell my levels of energy increased since I've been taking CoQ10 it is a great compound and has also help me to keep up in my day to day activities, reduces a bit the fatigue and help me to push a bit more in my gym seccions, the quantity can vary I've taking the 500mg and the 100mg, the difference depends on your body, start with a low dose after a few months you can give it a try, normally I suggest people to give it a few months or weeks for vitamins to work as every body is different, but this one hit me right away, reducing the effect of the fatigue and increasing alertness, don't push your body to limits and rest well, the vitamin will not take your tired body and mind completely, it just give you a small boost to perform better in the day or when you need to be awake

The capsules were completely stuck to each other and would not come out of the container. Had to throw away the product as it could not be used and was eligible for returns, even though the cap states 24/7 returns and refund
