Best customer service in the business.
Great customer service. My order had a number of dead fish. Contacted them and they made it right, right away. The best customer service in the industry. I have ordered from other providers and this is the first time I have had issues that were taken care of immediately and without any hassle. Will definitely order from them again, and do recommend them fully. There fish were large, vibrant and on time.

I was extremely surprised!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered 5 pounds over Shiners around 3 inches long to stock the pond. They were delivered nearly a day after being shipped and were packaged beautifully. The sizes were accurate and there wasn’t a single dead shiner in the bag! COULDN'T HAD BEEN HAPPIER!

Smaller than described and half were dead 😔
2lb of 2.25" shinersSo I tried to reach out to my seller but I don't believe I received a response. Order actually arrived earlier that expected which I was very happy about, I unpacked right away and realized a big majority were either dead or lethargic. After scooping the dead ones, getting them aclimated to water temp, and releasing them in the tank, I realized that there were other fishing there that looked incredibly lethargic and by the next morning many of those were dead too and this was only in a matter of 1 day of receiving. I'm not too happy but I understand that things happen. Hopefully the company can make good on this as I'm intending to do frequent repeat business with the right farm. I do have video of unboxing but I will refrain from sharing for the time being. Perhaps the farm would like to see for themselves. 🫤🤷🏼♀️

Great experience
First batch of minnows I ordered came in they all survived eating by the second day. Second batch fish struggled a lot of them didn't make it I believe it was the shippers fault reached out to Anderson and they made the situation right. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Alittle disapointed.
Im not disapointed with the quality of the minnows. It was the Amozon "Prime " delevery that took two days to deliver . About half of my $160 order was dead on arival.
