This probe is useful for measuring the temperature of liquid
I have used this probe for 3 years and it works well. This probe is useful for measuring the temperature of liquid, soft solids and bulk solids. It isn't useful to measure surface temperature, since only the tip would be in contact with it. However, I was able to measure the temperature of surfaces, tilting a little the tip to have more contact. I use it with my Psychrometer General Tools EP8706.

What the probe? My original one was stolen by space aliens
It is a probe, what more can I say. It works as described. I had it a few months now and it has held up well.
