I'd Give it 10 Stars if I Could
I asked my husband for one thing for Christmas. I wanted GOOD Toffee which he said he couldn't find in all of OK, apparently. So, I order my own and I KNEW it was going to be good because I'd had it before years ago. The only thing I didn't know was how it would travel because it is made in Colorado, but I took a chance. - I just opened it and it was perfect!!! They took EXTRA care to make sure it made the trip intact. Not one piece was broken and it was even BETTER than I remembered it!

Toffee excellent but not enough chocolate
If you are a toffee lover, you will love this. The layer of toffee in the center is thick, hard, buttery, and delicious. But if you are seeking the perfect milk chocolate almond toffee you will be disappointed. The milk chocolate layer on each side of the toffee is paper-thin. In fact, one of them peeled off completely, like a skin. The two milk chocolate layers should be thicker and the toffee layer thinner. The chopped almonds are fine. They nicely cover the top and bottom of each piece. The only perfect milk chocolate almond toffee used to be made and sold in Palm Beach County, Florida. It was called Fantasia and sold at a retail store - Palm Beach Confections. Sadly, the owner retired, along with her recipe.

Be careful, they're addictive.
I don't have a sweet tooth. I'm not particular to chocolate but English toffee is a childhood favorite of mine. You simply cannot have just one of these treats. I split a package with my sister and finished mine in two sittings. Now I'm on the Atkins diet. This is such a treat. I have no regrets. Love them!!!
