This heat tumbler heat press does an excellent job and makes easy work of your projects. I have another name brand mug press but it is pretty much limited to mugs and costs way more. The HTVRont tumbler press is very easy to use with easy to understand instructions. I was using it within minutes of unboxing it. There is no guessing if you have your tumbler positioned right -the tumbler press wraps tightly around the tumbler and encompasses the entire circumference so all surface areas are heated evenly. I am very happy I bought this one!

I received and unboxed yesterday. The temperature holds steady during the entire press. It is very easy to use. The size is perfect for where I have it. It isn't too heavy to move around. I love that it closes itself and opens when done. I have another press that is an attachment with my heat press but I hate the hassle of having to connect and disconnect the controller and set it up. Now I just plug it in and good to go. The print pressed perfectly with no ghosting. My only complaint is that from videos it looks like I won't be able to do 15 oz mugs. Also, it looks like I might have to press 2 mugs at the same time to get a good press. But I can always put a mug in without a print if I only need one. Problem solved!

I loved this automatic tumbler press. So easy, you just set the time and temp and push the button. I loved that you can fit 2 mugs at once and while those are cooking get the next 2 ready to go. The 3 minutes it takes to bake the mugs is enough time to tape the design on the next mugs and remove the design from the finished mugs. You can make 20 mugs in 30 minutes! I’m editing this to add that it’s difficult to fit a 15oz mug in the press, it can be done but you really have to squeeze it in there. You have to be careful that you don’t shift your design when shoving the mug in. This is a little disappointing for the high cost of the item I shouldn’t need to buy a separate machine to do something as common as a 15oz mug.

I've used mine a few times and I've never experienced any problems. It gets hot and all my cups have come out amazing.

Very misleading as this product is not suitable for UK 240 volts. US voltage is 110/120. They should not sell this product on the UK site and they should put a warning that its not suitable. I'm returning mine as it arrived today. What a shame, I was so looking forward to use it 😢
