Good taste
I got the strawberry kind and it tastes good! It still has a slight metallic taste but that’s to be expected as iron is a metal! I appreciate that it has Vitamin C for absorption, and the bottle that it comes in is definitely high quality. The only complaint that I have is that the dropper doesn’t seem to fill up past .75mL line, which isn’t really that big of a deal I just have to take an extra drop!

Best iron supplement!
If you’re looking for an iron supplement, I cannot recommend this enough. My midwife recommended it to me after she’d been using it and has tried a ton of different iron supplements. She swore this one was the best and that it wouldn’t hurt my stomach. I had never taken an iron supplement before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. What I can say is that it doesn’t hurt my stomach and I’ve been taking it about a month and a half now after giving birth two months ago. The green apple flavor is perfect mixed with about two tablespoons of water (it actually tastes good!). I hemorrhaged after my birth and my hemoglobin levels plummeted to 7.5. Taking this coupled with many other supplements and red meat, I’m now around 10.5 two months later, so I know it works, too.

Iron
My iron levels are very low and I usually take iron vitamin as a serum intravenously once a year. But since serum and health prices are very high in America, I decided to try this vitamin supplement. I finished the first box and got rid of the black spots that affected my vision due to iron deficiency. I can't say it is very effective in terms of giving energy, but this is due to my very low iron levels. The only downside is that it causes constipation, but constipation is a common occurrence with all iron supplements. It was good for me as a supplement. It is a good product in terms of price and performance. I recommend it.

Great
I can’t say anything bad about it. It was purchased for my daughter and she seems to do better lately. The dropper is not perfect but I would recommend the product.

Great taste
I bought this to use when traveling because of compact size and dose. Tastes great and is easy on stomach unlike iron pills

Be careful
The media could not be loaded. We keep this in the fridge after opening like it says, but my daughter has noticed the last couple days it's tasted a little off and she's had really bad belly aches. We poured it out and it's incredibly thick and discolored. She thought her taste buds were just off, turns out it's been making her sickShe has a new, unopened bottle and we opened it to check and that one is perfectly fine, thin and a slight purple color (vs gray and dark purple like the old bottle)There is no expiration date, only to keep stored in fridge after openingMake sure you check it every time you use it 🤢

Iron
The taste was not bad at all but didn’t work for me. I don’t know if I need something stronger…if that’s even a thing.

Good alternative to pills
Good for ones, who can’t swallow pills. You can put it in your drink or squeeze directly in your mouth.
