Very Good quality calcium supplement
This calcium supplement is very good in quality as is with GNC products. The solubility is too good and effects are awesome. No doubt it's many times costiler than available market preaparations but quality of the product outweighs all that.

I am a vegetarian. Before I take this calcium citrate, I need to buy pizza on a weekly basis to get calcium which the body needs. After I take this supplement, I don’t have to eat pizza anymore and I can stay as a vegan. I tried some other calcium supplements before, but could not take them on a daily basis. Somehow I can keep taking these. I cannot judge other calcium supplements, but this is the one that I am taking now and it does provide calcium that the body needs.

I really like this powder. It dissolves well in a shaker bottle, doesn't feel like I'm drinking chalkwater, and gives me the protein I need to recover from my workouts. The flavor is a little watery, but it tastes better than a lot of brands.

Calcium supplements are notorious for being huge, but these are smaller than expected. Still big, but not outrageous. Easy to swallow. Revised 12/28/18: Still loving these supplements. I am using them to prevent kidney stones, per a relative's experience. I haven't had one yet. Hopefully not ever again. I still love how easy they are to swallow. Revised 12/18/19: Still no kidney stones. (I'm genetically predisposed to them.) Still loving how easy these are to swallow.

Lowest for the carbs/sugars/calories per grams of protein out there. Tastes good. A little pricey via retail but through Amazon it's a buck ($1.00) a serving. Seems more effective than whey proteins(?).
