Not my favorite, but this may simply be preference
Oddly enough this ghee has a slight coconut flavor to it. Subtle but noticeable. It may just be me. It's great for cooking but I'm not able to use it in my bulletproof coffee due to the slightly off-putting taste. Like I say, this may simply be my tastebuds. I like the fact that it's made from A2 milk, but there's other tastier brands of A2 ghee that I'll stick with.

I've enjoyed using this as a butter replacement in a few recipes
I don't do a lot of Indian or south Asian cooking which normally calls for ghee but I've enjoyed swapping out butter in some recipes that I have done recently just to experiment. My biggest success was chocolate chip cookies with walnuts. It made it even more rich tasting because ghee already has a sort of nutty taste to it. Not sure if it's any healthier than butter but it sure smells better!
