Has anyone taken the company up on the lifetime refills? I find there's nothing in life for free so I automatically assume there's a $15 shipping fee.

No Bull, I use my pens all the time and have received FREE refills a couple of times. After registering, it is fast & easy to reorder. And they ship out quickly. If you want a Great small pen...get a Narwhal

Does it fit in LV pm agenda ?

Not sure if you still need an answer to your question, but the answer is no. It didn’t fit my LV pm agenda, it’s a little chubby. However the Zebra T3 fits perfectly. Hope this helps.

How do you open the pen? Cap or click?

Twist the upper barrel half. Twist back to close. I love these pens.

What kind of ink? I am a lefty

Black ink. Never knew that there are pens for lefties. It's round on all sides, so I don't see how it would be any different for lefties or righties. I like the pen. Ink works fine.
