No it is not heat shrinkable. It is a hot melt seam sealing tape for covering over and waterproofing the sewn seams on products to make them 100% waterproof

Can this be used to repair Gortex jackets such as Berghaus Paclite?

The FX-420 Seam Tape is not suitable for GoreTex. Recommend our Seam Tape quality T-2000X for your job.
