Better than the cheaper, unbranded ones, and not too expensive either.
It's a great branded alum for the price. It's as effective as any of the cheaper ones I've tried but seems to be better made and looks cleaner and in proper shape.I use it as an aftershave astringent. Despite my large hands and face, I find it a bit large. But I love it and would still buy this again. However it maybe something you wanna keep in mind if you're planning to use it as an aftershave too.Definitely recommended.

All men out there, stop buying after shave lotion.
This shaving alum bar is a game changer in my husband life. He has to shave every single day and the cuts and irritaion annoys him after that.. the time he has started using it he has stopped buying after shave lotion.. this is natural alum which is good for all kinds of cuts. The prices are better than any kind of after shave or ointment for cuts..Every household should have it.

Not worth the hype
Purchased and tried it since I read online that it helps prevent body odor but when I used it, it felt like I was using a stone on my body. Didn’t seem to help at all, never buying it again. Waste of my money since I bought it in bulk (still have 4 bars left). 👎 So, if anyone wants to try it, just buy a single one first.
