Love it!! So comfortable, nice deep seat. The back rest is a little short but our family of 6 all very comfortably. It looks really nice too. The bed looks very comfortable and large, but we haven’t had an guests yet to sleep on it.

Falling apart after 3 months, not as advertised and despite numerous efforts to resolve the replies are not understandable and in broken English. I will never purchase through amazon again due to the pain of this purchase

The sofa is a good purchase, even if a bit expensive - honestly I bought it cause the design was exactly what I was looking for, but if you aren’t as fussy as I am for this amount of money you can get something of slightly higher quality: it’s a good product but it’s not great, you can see the finishes are a bit cheap. A bit on the firmer side, maybe, but I like it that way. The ottoman had lots of space and it makes the sofa a huge bed. Had some minor issues with delivery/assembly but everything turned out fine in the end.

The sofa looks lovely, however there was a major issue with delivery and when it was finally delivered, it was a nightmare to put together. It arrived with some damage which the company offered a £20 refund and said if the issue became worse, they would continue the support. We’ve had countless issues with this sofa! Staples fall out from the ottoman which is a massive issue with two small children who like to pick up things so you have to constantly check the floor. The back corner leg completely snapped off. There was more staples falling out of the arm of the sofa, inside the material which made it sharp and another hazard. The back rest isn’t strong enough to hold adult weight so it has to constantly be propped up against a wall. There’s so many holes appearing in the base where the fabric is so thin that the springs break through. The catches for the ottoman to transform it into a bed don’t match up with the holes provided. Not to mention it’s an absolute nightmare to clean. Some of these issues we let lay because we could live with them but as soon as staples started falling onto the ground and poking out, we contacted them to state other issues too to be offered a £10 refund!! Customer service is really bad and don’t seem bothered at all that the sofa is a safety hazard and not fit for purpose. Yes it’s a cheapish sofa but you still expect it to be safe and functional.

Great value for money and very comfortable. Instructions not 100% clear but we managed. Looks really stylish. Customer service was fantastic. Thank you Daniel !

the sofa after 4 months is not suitable for use. the seller does not accept the complaint and tries to pass the blame on to the customer suggesting misuse.

Sturdy and really comfy. The ottoman that clips on and off is really convenient and good storage. We had ours assembled and it was very fast and very polite team who did it.

This sofa looks great in our small living room. It is not the most comforable sofa but it suits :)
