Inspirational, well written book. Gives a personal history and recovery from a dark place, and a first hand travelogue of the UK’s coastline.

Great read a good life lesson for all of us from someone who thought there was no way up only to think of other people and raise thousands of pounds. Used to live in Orkney so related to a lot of his struggles with the beautiful but unforgiving landscape.

I loved this book from the very start. One man's determination and courage to find himself and sort his life out. Such an amazing story. Makes you laugh, cry and you find yourself living through the tough times and good times with Chris. The descriptions of the countryside and the views are beautiful, they are so clear. Looking forward to reading the next chapter in Chris's journey. Well done to him on doing this and raising money for such a good cause.

Love this book. Very inspiring and heartwarming. Gave me goosebumps, made me laugh and smile as well as bring tears to my eyes. What a wonderful man with fabulous tales to tell and fantastic people he met on the way. Highly recommend.
